Stefano Erzegovesi, a psychiatrist and nutritionist, manages clinical activity and research at the Centre for Eating Disorders of the San Raffaele hospital in Milan. He is one of the experts on the Corriere della Sera Health Forum and at the Fondazione Veronesi.
His previous book, Il digiuno per tutti (Fasting for Everyone), Vallardi, 2019), has sold over 40,000 copies.
